Registration

The 55th Annual ARMA International Conference & Expo will be held November 7-10, 2010, in San Francisco. The Education sessions and Expo will be at the Moscone West Convention Center, Fourth and Howard Streets, and the headquarters hotel will be the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, 55 Fourth Street. 

Online registration is now closed. Please feel free to register on-site at the at Moscone Center West. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, November 5 and will continue 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. each day.

 

Registration Fees

Registration fees are being held to the 2008 rates:

FULL REGISTRATION – 4 DAYS:

Member early discount fees (paid by September 24)   $ 899
Member regular fees (after September 24 and on-site)   $ 999
Non-member early discount fees (paid by September 24)   $ 1,149
Non-member regular fees (after September 24 and on-site)      $ 1,249

 

PRE-CONFERENCE SEMINARS – 1 and 2 DAYS, November 5 and 6:

Registration fees for the Pre-Conference seminars will be:

One-Day       Member   $349     Non-Member   $399
Two-Day       Member   $499     Non-Member   $599

 

POST-CONFERENCE SEMINAR – 1 or 2 DAYS, November 10 and 11:

Certified Records Manager (CRM) Exam Prep Workshop, November 10th and 11th

Parts 1-6 Two-Day  Member   $299     Non-Member   $399
Part 6 Only One-Day   Member   $249     Non-Member   $349

 

EXPO HALL – 2 DAYS, November 7 and 8
Not planning on attending education sessions? You can still visit the Expo Hall for FREE! However, you must register for your free pass. Click the registration link above, fill out and submit the form, and a pass will be mailed to you. If you are registered for any of the paid education sessions you will automatically receive entry into the Expo Hall. Please note, the Expo Hall is open two days this year.

 

ONE-DAY REGISTRATION is available November 7, 8, 9, and 10. The fee is $450 for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Wednesday’s registration fee is $250.

One-Day Registration includes that day’s education sessions and breaks, exhibit pass for Sunday and Monday, and the session handouts and presentations. Sunday’s fee includes Opening General Session and exhibit lunch. Monday's fee includes the Expo reception. Tuesday’s fee includes the Association General Meeting. Wednesday's fee includes the Closing General session.

Confirmation and Name Badges

You will receive confirmation by e-mail showing your registration package and payment. This will be your receipt.

Program and general event updates will be provided in monthly e-mails. Name badges will be mailed to pre-registered attendees at least one week prior to the event. Please bring badges with you to Registration upon arrival at the event.

 

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations postmarked, e-mailed or faxed dated by October 8, 2010, will incur a cancellation fee of $100 US for members, $250 for non-members. Cancellations postmarked, e-mailed or faxed dated after October 8, 2010, and by 12:00 (CT), October 29, 2010, will be subject to a penalty of 50% of registration fees. There will be no refunds to registrants who do not cancel by October 29 and are “no shows” at the conference. Substitutions are encouraged.
